Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance. If you believe your insurance will cover your medication we suggest you seek it elsewhere.

How much weight can I lose?

Clinical trials show that 20% weight loss is achievable. Individual results will vary. We do not guarantee your results.

Is my information private?

Yes, your medical information is for your providers use only and will not be released.

Which locations do you serve?

We provide services to all 50 states.

Is there a long-term contract?

How much does it cost?

You will be charged an upfront monthly fee based on your medication selection and dosage. Our competitive monthly prices are noted when you select your medication.

How do I take my medication?

GLP-1 medications are weekly self-administered subcutaneous injections – similar to what diabetics do. Please visit our instructional page on how to do this.

Is it legal to prescribe medication online?

Yes, although you need medical oversight which we provide.

Do I need a photo ID?

Yes. The law requires our providers make a positive ID in order to prescribe medication and have it shipped to you.

Am I guaranteed medication?

Prescriptive medications require medical qualification by your provider. The intake questionnaire will give you a good idea of your ability to qualify.
